47:1  1 The Prophet exhorteth all people to the worship of the true and everlasting God, commending the mercy of God toward the posterity of Jacob. 9 And after prophesieth of the kingdom of Christ in the time of the Gospel. To him that excelleth. A Psalm committed to the sons of Korah. All people clap your hands; sing loud unto God with a joyful voice.
47:2  For the Lord is high, and terrible; a great King over all the earth.
47:3  He hath subdued the people under us, and the nations under our feet.
47:4  He hath chosen our inheritance for us: even the glory of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
47:5  God is gone up with triumph, even the Lord with the sound of the trumpet.
47:6  Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
47:7  For God is the king of all the earth: sing praises everyone that hath understanding.
47:8  God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon his holy Throne.
47:9  The princes of the people are gathered unto the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the world belong to God: he is greatly to be exalted.
