70:1 God, save me! Lord Jehovah, stay for my help!
70:2 Those who seek my soul shall be ashamed and put to shame and they who seek my harm shall turn their behind and shall be put to shame.
70:3 They will be ashamed in the repetition of their disgrace who say against me, “Aha, aha!”
70:4 All who seek you will rejoice in you and those who love your salvation will always say, “God is great!”
70:5 And I am poor and afflicted, oh, God, stay with me; you are my helper and my deliverer; my God, do not delay!
